About Me
Hello! I’m Ember- an intuitive empath, mom, artist, coffee drinking, nature loving gal.
In many ways I think I’ve always been on a journey to discover and embrace my own authenticity. Being a naturally curious and creative person in a restrictive cultural upbringing I found myself using art as a method for self expression, and healing and looking back it was the beginning of my own un-shaming process.
I’ve always bee interested in helping others and in understanding what it means to be human. I spent my high school years working in Equine Therapy, became a PCA working with children and adults with Alzheimers, and eventually found my passion as an EMT-I in 911 care.
in 2023 I serendipitously stumbled upon David Bedrick’s Process of Unshaming. I have since taken and graduated his 10 month Process Facilitation course and have gone on to be a TA for the 2025 Process Facilitation students. I am proud to be this year’s Sr. Lead TA for the incoming 2026 Students.
As an Unshaming Facilitator, I employ a range of techniques and methods including;
Somatic Experience, Shadow Work, Drama Therapy, Earth-Based Processes, Shamanic Interventions, and Abuse and Trauma within an Unshaming Framework
As an empath, I am profoundly attuned to the emotions and energies of those around me. This sensitivity enables me to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and vulnerability. I honor the stories and experiences that each individual brings, acknowledging that your journey is unique to you.
It is forever my privilege to walk alongside others on their unique path to wholeness.
I can’t wait to be a part of your journey as we discover the beauty, power, and passion that lives in you.
