About Me
Hello! I’m Ember- an intuitive empath, mom, artist, coffee drinking, nature loving gal.
In many ways I think I’ve always been on a journey to discover and embrace my own authenticity. Being a naturally curious and creative person in a restrictive cultural upbringing I found myself using art as a method for self expression and healing. Looking back it was the beginning of my own un-shaming process.
I’ve always bee interested in helping others and in understanding what it means to be human. I spent my high school years working in Equine Therapy, became a PCA working with children and adults with Alzheimers, and eventually found my passion as an EMT-I in 911 care.
in 2023 I serendipitously stumbled upon David Bedrick’s Process of Unshaming. I have since taken and graduated his 10 month Process Facilitation course and have gone on to be a TA for the 2025 Process Facilitation students. I am proud to be this year’s Sr. Lead TA for the incoming 2026 Students.
As an Unshaming Facilitator, I employ a range of techniques and methods including;
Somatic Experience, Shadow Work, Drama Therapy, Earth-Based Processes, Shamanic Interventions, and Abuse and Trauma within an Unshaming Framework
As an empath, I am profoundly attuned to the emotions and energies of those around me. This sensitivity enables me to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and vulnerability. I honor the stories and experiences that each individual brings, acknowledging that your journey is unique to you.
Interested in working with me? I would love to hear from you!
